The managing of a sustainable process
claudia Bettiol, University of Rome - Tor Vergata, Italy
A sustainable process means that very different subjects must work together with the same project and this project must become a positive symbol. This is possible only if everybody understands the different points of view. Each point of view correspont to a different language: banks, stakeholders, Public Administrations, contractors, engineers, architects, enviromental associations, and so on... This is called a negotiation process and it needs a manager who understand sociology and technical matters. A negotiator must find the borderland of every interest and transform the different persons in a group centered on the projet itself.
